Dr. Julia McKay

Dr Julia McKay is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, licensed and certified in both the US and Canada (Diplomate of ABOMS and Fellow of RCDC). She completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at The University of Toronto, and then completed a General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. She then worked in northern Ontario serving remote populations, including treating patients with limited access to care on a Native Reserve. Dr McKay then completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx where she served as chief resident in 2019. She is a member in good standing of AAOMS, ADA, ODA, and NYSSOMS. She maintains hospital privileges at Montefiore Medical Center where she takes hospital call. She enjoys travelling, the ocean, spending time in nature, hiking, SUP, and kayaking.
