I had a terrible toothache. My regular dentist office said they couldn’t get me in. I came upon Sachem Dental by chance. Because of my pain they worked it out to get me in on the day I called. After a few X-rays and some sensitivity tests as I suspected I needed a root canal. Dr. Skevofilax went upstairs and spoke to Dr. Ho fit me in right away. I was a bit nervous because the last root canal I had was painful. Dr. Ho was amazing! I literally felt nothing. She was sweet , professional, quick and painless! Her assistant was incredible also. They work well together. Everyone at this office from the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctors were all so very nice. All were a pleasure to deal with ! I was in there at 2pm with pain and I am home by 4:30 feeling fine ! Thank you all!
Had an emergency with a tooth ache. My practice which I was going for years somehow does not have time for emergencies. Decided to give them a call and give it a try. Appointment was made the very next day and long story short I have a new dentist.

This office staff is friendly and patient. My daughter has anxiety and most doctor appointments are stressful for her. Both Dr Skevofilax and Dr Moss explained procedure and treatment plans and definitely help my daughter to feel safe. Oral surgeon with Saturday availability and little to no wait time is also helpful.Thanks to Dr Moss my daughter had four impacted wisdom teeth removed with no issues, also working on an implant… we are confident everything will continue to go as planned. The receptionist, at sachem dental were able to schedule an appointment same day that I called for my tooth emergency. The staff were kind and considerate. I was seen at my schedule time and did not wait in the waiting room more than two minutes. Dr. Michael Gentile was able to figure out what the problem was within five minutes. He’s very kind and considerate. My overall experience every time I go to sachem dental is nothing but extraordinary. I highly recommend them.
